The Center for Plastic Surgery was established in 1986, by the merger of the individual practices of Dr. Albert F. Fleury, Jr., Dr. James H. French, Jr., and Dr. G. Wesley Price. The foundation at the Center was based on the 35-year-old practice of Dr. Albert Fleury, Sr., a respected member of the medical community. CPS is therefore able to draw on the expertise, resources and facilities of not one, but several surgeons, in order to provide you the best available care in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Center for Plastic Surgery has two Washington DC area office locations—Chevy Chase, Maryland and Annandale, Virginia. Both are just minutes from the Washington Beltway. We see patients for consultations in both offices.

Our Surgery Center
As part of our Virginia office we maintain an AAAASF accredited ambulatory surgery suite where we perform all types of outpatient cosmetic surgery. AAAASF accreditation is your assurance of a hospital-quality facility designed specifically for plastic surgery and equipped with all of the state-of-the-art monitoring instrumentation necessary to ensure the safest possible operating conditions. Only facilities staffed by Board Certified plastic surgeons receive this accreditation. Anesthesia is provided by M.D. Anesthesiologists who monitor each patient during surgery and until they are ready to leave the facility. Other assisting personnel include specifically trained registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and physicians' assistants. We also perform cosmetic surgery at the Surgery Center of Sibley Memorial Hospital in Northwest Washington DC regularly for patients who want to stay overnight.
